This got me thinking about how soon we’ll gave AI agents at Curtin that might replace Hippocampus/Support U knowledgebase, and perhaps dashboards etc that might be the traditional domain of data analytics teams. Even ‘advice’ areas of Curtin e.g. CIMA, Copyright, bits of legal — when people have innocent questions will they turn to the AI first??
How would something like this change our communities of practice?
