Ian Linkletter, a Canadian University Librarian has used FOI laws to collect privacy impact assessments (PIA) from as many Canadian Universities as he can, to explore the prevalence of educational technology companies operating unethically.

He’s published those on a site called the Canadian Privacy Library.
